Newcastle, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Highforce waterfalls.

These are a few photos from a trip to the UK in 2004. I was in Newcastle for a couple of months with my team, working on a P&G project. We did manage to get some time off from our hectic schedule to do some sightseeing in and around Newcastle. Unfortunately this was a trip from my pre-travelogue days and I lost all the pics from my camera when my laptop hard-drive crashed. While searching for some old docs, I found some photos taken by others in the group, that I had copied onto a CD. Well, something is better than nothing…

Some of these pics are from a 35mm film type P&S camera, subsquently scanned into a PC.

We were provided accomodation in serviced apartments in the Baltic Quays apartments; right opposite to the Millenium bridge. That’s Jay & Mani… and the Baltic Quay apartments are in the middle of the photo.

Sometime during our stay, we visited a nearby beach… Mani & Santow on the beach.

Santow, me & Sunita – with the Millenium Bridge in the background…

Me !

Mani, me & Jay… one ‘forgettable’ aspect of this trip was that I had chicken pox during this trip… so I had to work from home for a few days.

Sampling Sunita’s culinary skills!

Dinner with Matt…on the 18th of May 2004.

Crossing over to Scotland….

Some pics from Edinburgh – 9th May 2004
